Further to Bulletin 2010-13-I (Financial Report), please find attached the following documentation for your review prior to the upcoming Annual General Meeting:
1. Budget Variance Report for the past season – This report will be reviewed in depth during the Finance presentation to the first plenary at the AGM and sets out explanations for any variances from budget for the 2009-2010 fiscal year. The 2009-2010 audited financial statements were circulated last week.
2. Proposed Budget for the upcoming season – The draft budget to the membership was circulated on April 9, 2010 as part of Bulletin 2010-07-I (Proposed Budget 2010-2011) following its approval by the BC Hockey Executive Committee at our Semi Annual meeting. An updated draft budget was circulated to the membership on May 10, 2010 as part of Bulletin 2010-11-I (Updated Proposed Budget 2010-2011) following minor adjustments and approval by the BC Hockey Executive Committee at our Spring meeting. As such, please find the 2010-2011 budget, no adjustments have been made since the last circulation. This document will be reviewed with you at the AGM.
