SUBJECT:	Exhibition Games Process

Please note the following pertaining to BC Hockey Regulation 3:

BC Hockey teams playing exhibition games must complete an Interdistrct & USA Hockey Tournament Travel / Exhibition Game Sanction Request Form and submit it to their District / Divisional Director at least 7-10 days prior to the start of the exhibition game.

BC Hockey teams traveling outside of the province or country should review the Travel Insurance Information document.

Failure of teams to adhere to this process may result in disciplinary action being applied. Additionally, breach of this protocol could affect the ability of the Hockey Canada Insurance Program to respond in case of injury.

We appreciate your attention to this procedure and note that further clarification on this issue may be obtained via your District or Divisional Director(s).
