In an attempt to ensure that we are in the position to serve our membership in the most beneficial manner possible, we are requesting your assistance with the completion of a BC Hockey Membership Satisfaction survey on behalf of your organization.
BC Hockey strives to provide the highest level of support to our members. The membership satisfaction survey will allow us to analyze past performance in order to build a focus for the future. It has been identified by our Executive Committee as an integral component of our Strategic Plan and the results of the survey will be a part of a strategic plan score card which is constructed annually prior to the BC Hockey Annual General meeting. As a result, the BC Hockey Executive Committee has added the requirement of completing this survey to the annual membership application process. This means that completion of this survey is necessary in order to finalize your membership renewal.
The survey is easy to complete and we estimate that it will take approximately ten minutes. It is our goal that ONE member from each member organization completes the questionnaire. Ideally this would be the president of the organization but could certainly be completed by a designated executive member. The survey is rather generic in nature focusing on six different areas within BC Hockey including; Finance, Operations, Administration, Registration, Communications and Programming.
The link for the questionnaire will be open from May 11 to May 19, 2015. We ask that you take the time to complete the questionnaire. Please contact the BC Hockey office should further direction be required.
