The Vancouver Canucks in conjunction with BC Hockey presented the seventh annual Silver Skate Awards at the Silver Skate Award Luncheon at BC Hockey’s Annual General Meeting. The Silver Skate awards were presented to the 2011-12 BC Hockey Champions. The awards recognize the perseverance, stamina and teamwork put forth by each of these teams during the hockey season.

 

These awards are presented to the 2011-2012 BC Hockey Champions, and they are given as recognition for the perseverance, dedication and teamwork put forth by each of the Championship teams during the hockey season.

 

Former Vancouver great Dave Babych was on hand to present the award to the representative(s) of each winning team.
