BC Hockey is proud to partner with Hockey Canada in the Long Game, a premiere event of the IIHF World Girls Hockey Weekend which features five (5) continuous female games running from coast to coast to coast.
The Long Game will take place on Saturday, October 7, 2017, beginning with the first puck drop in Newfoundland and Labrador and stopping in every province and territory before finishing in BC.
Minor Hockey Associations (MHA) interested in hosting a division of the Long Game, should fill out the application form.
This is the fifth year that the Long Game will take place. Last year, more than 2,500 players on nearly 100 teams played 49 games across five (5) divisions. The Long Game is just one of many activities taking place in celebration of World Girls’ Hockey Weekend.
