Hockey Canada announced Friday, October 9, 2015 the 66 players that will make up the three (3) Canadian teams - Red, White and Black - at the 2015 World U17 Hockey Challenge taking place October 30, 2015 – November 7, 2015 in Fort St. John and Dawson Creek, BC.

Over the next few weeks, players will be named to one (1) of the three (3) squads.
The 2015 World U17 Hockey Challenge brings together the top players in the world born 1999 or later. The three (3) Canadian teams will be joined by the Czech Republic, Finland, RussiaThan, Sweden and the United States, forming two (2) groups of four (4) teams. All eight (8) teams will qualify for the quarter-finals, with the winners advancing to the semifinals, and losers facing off in placement game. The full schedule can be found here.
The tournament officially kicks off on November 1, 2015 at the Encana Events Centre in Dawson Creek with Canada Black taking on Canada White, while Canada Red opens its tournament against Finland at the North Peace Arena in Fort St. John. Both cities will also host two (2) pre-tournament games on October 30, 2015.
Full tournament ticket packages are still available, as well as new, an $80 evening-only package which includes six (6) games. In addition, a ‘Family 4-Pack’ (pre-tournament and preliminary round) is also available, starting at just $25 for four (4) tickets. Limited quantities are still available of all ticket packages.
