“This is a significant step forward in our efforts to enhance our female hockey programming”, says Barry Petrachenko, Chief Executive Officer of BC Hockey. “This is an exceptional group of volunteers who are eager to do what it takes to support and grow female teams and Associations across BC Hockey.”
The Female Hockey Model will be a key topic at the upcoming 2019 BC Hockey Annual Congress that will be held June 7 – 8, 2019 at the Sun Peaks Grand Hotel and Conference Centre in Sun Peaks, BC. The Congress will include dynamic workshops to help grow hockey in BC and the Yukon. All MHAs are encouraged to have a representative attend this female workshop as we will be planning and training for the 2019-2020 season.
