2019 BC Hockey Annual Congress

BC Hockey announced that registration is now open for the 2019 BC Hockey Annual Congress that will be held June 7 – 8, 2019 at the Sun Peaks Grand Hotel and Conference Centre in Sun Peaks, BC.  The Congress will feature dynamic workshops to help grow hockey in BC and the Yukon along with recognition of great leaders and volunteers from the region.

Registration for the BC Hockey Annual Congress is open to all members and space is limited due to demand.



The general session on Friday, June 7, 2019, will focus on key strategies for the growth of hockey and on Saturday, June 8, 2019, multiple workshops will be held on a wide variety of topics.  A full schedule and workshop registration will be announced in the future.

BC Hockey member presidents are welcome to join the BC Hockey Chair of the Board, Bill Greene, and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Barry Petrachenko, for breakfast at the Presidents Breakfast on Saturday, June 8, 2019.

The Vancouver Canucks Silver Skate Luncheon will be held the afternoon of Saturday, June 8, 2019.  The Silver Skate Awards are presented to the 2018-2019 BC Hockey champions, and recognize the perseverance, dedication and teamwork put forth by each BC Hockey Championship team during the hockey season.

BC Hockey’s 2019 Awards Banquet is set for Saturday evening where deserving recipients will be honoured in various categories for their contributions and dedication to hockey in BC and the Yukon.
