BCEHL WEEKEND UPDATE - SEPTEMBER 12-13

Saanichton, B.C. - Here we go! BCEHL hockey is officially back! The 2026-27 BCEHL regular season gets underway this weekend with the U18 and U17 leagues starting things off on Saturday.

Women's U18 AAA

The Women's U18 AAA league begins its regular season next weekend with the Vancouver Island Seals taking on the Greater Vancouver Comets, while the Fraser Valley Rush face the Thompson-Okanagan Lakers.

U18 AAA

What a way to start the season in the U18 league! To kick things off, we see a rematch of last season's championship final between the defending champions, Okanagan Rockets, and the runners-up, the Thompson Blazers.

U17 AAA

The defending champs of the U17 league, the Vancouver NE Chiefs, begin their title defense this weekend when they open up their season against the Okanagan Rockets.

U15 AAA

The U15 AAA league will begin its season on September 18, when all nine teams gather at the Langley Twin Rinks for the first showcase of the season.
