WE ARE COACHES DEVELOPMENT 1 COACHING CLINIC OPEN FOR REGISTRATION

BC Hockey and Hockey Canada are hosting a free, in-person Development 1 coaching clinic on August 14-15 at the Richmond Oval.

This clinic for women and girls will be facilitated by Whitney Juszkiewicz and held in conjunction with the Hockey Canada Summer Series, where Canada's Women's U18 National Team will be training and competing.

This is a great opportunity to complete your Development 1 certification while learning in a supportive environment and experiencing a high-performance hockey setting.

Development 1

The Development 1 course will be offered through the Hockey Canada Summer Series, occurring in August at the Richmond Oval. As this is facilitated through a Hockey Canada event, we are able to offer it free of charge.

Part 1

Development 1 Part 1 is an online pre-requisite that is required to be completed before registering for Part 2. The course can be completed online at your own pace.

Part 2

Development 1 Part 2 is delivered in-person and will take place at the Richmond Oval on Friday, August 14, from 4:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. and on Saturday, August 15, from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Development 1 Part 1 is required to be completed prior to registering for Part 2.
